Our Miami Wendy Walk this past weekend was a great success and now we’re onto New York City!  Tavern on the Green in Central Park, starting at 10:30 am Sunday, May 6th!  Snag your tickets now so you don’t miss out on this fun and worthwhile event in support of Wendy Walk.  Enjoy a beautiful walk around Central Park and a continental brunch at Tavern. Spring is in the air and nothing says spring like a ripe, juicy watermelon. Eating Well Through Cancer author, Holly Clegg, shared her go-to spring salad recipe with us. Complete with fresh tomatoes, basil, and watermelon, this salad is light, simple, and packed with antioxidants. Water accounts for over 90% of watermelon’s weight, but this fruit is rich in potassium, vitamin A, and vitamin C.
