Actress and advocate for sarcoma awareness Peri Gilpin opened up to us about her mother’s battle with Leiomyosarcoma and her experience with Wendy Walk. How did you first become aware of sarcoma cancer? I am not sure… I learned that my mother had cancer in November of 1983 a couple of days before her 42nd birthday.
